Experience
    • Mar 2026 — now
    • Re-architected the core table framework across 150+ views, migrating to Material React Table with persisted filters, sorting and column configurations; reduced clicks and workflow friction so warehouse ops teams spend less time navigating the application.

    • Architected a centralized Notification Center for platform alerts and company-wide announcements through notifications, banners and deep links; reduced operation halts from Marketplace re-auth failures by 70%, cut account unsuspension requests by 80%.

    • Implemented saved filters end-to-end across frontend and backend, letting users persist frequent queries instead of rebuilding them on every visit.

    • Built an AI-powered release video generator that reads tickets and code diffs to auto-produce subtitled walkthroughs, cutting release communication effort from roughly 4 hours to under 30 minutes.

    • Sep 2024 — Mar 2026
    • Introduced a global search experience powered by Elasticsearch, reducing record lookup time to 1–2 seconds across product modules and enabling support and operations teams to resolve live customer queries with minimal navigation.

    • Led frontend delivery of core operational workflows across orders, returns, and claims, shipping complex dashboards and data tables used daily by external business customers.

    • Designed a reusable component library and defined shared UI patterns adopted across two customer-facing products, establishing consistent design system and frontend architecture patterns.

    • Instrumented the application with Datadog and Google Analytics to surface the most-used pages and workflows, shaping roadmap prioritization and cutting average frontend bug resolution from 3 days to 1.

    • Increased automated test coverage to nearly 80% using AI-assisted test generation, strengthening regression protection across existing modules.

    • Identified usability and web accessibility gaps across core flows and partnered with Product and Backend to redesign them from problem definition through launch, including making key operational workflows fully responsive.

    • Jun 2021 — Sep 2024
    • Owned frontend design and build of a custom CRM dashboard, reducing ticketing process time by 50%; led frontend development of an IoT monitoring system, saving the customer 15% of project budget while delivering a responsive monitoring experience.

    • Rendered datasets of nearly 10,000 points with Chart.js and ApexCharts, improving rendering performance by up to 30% and making complex data legible enough to drive a 20% increase in user satisfaction.

    • Developed a role-based authentication layer securing access across multiple web applications, and integrated REST APIs across two products using RTK Query and Axios with client-side caching and global error handling.

    • Established testing with Jest and React Testing Library at over 70% coverage, automated test and deployment through a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline on AWS Lightsail, and shaped UI/UX in Adobe XD and Figma across desktop and mobile.

Selected Work

Notification Center

Problem

Platform alerts had no home. Marketplace re-authentication expiries, sync failures, and company-wide announcements each surfaced somewhere different — an email thread, a Slack channel, or a toast that disappeared on navigation.

That meant people often discovered operational issues after the damage was already done. Re-authentication failures could silently halt operations, while suspended accounts created a steady queue of unsuspension requests for support.

Table Framework Migration

Problem

The product had 150+ table views built on a deprecated table implementation with limited functionality and an outdated user experience.

Common interactions like filtering, sorting, column management, and density varied across screens, while some views required users to repeatedly configure the same table after navigating away. The deprecated implementation also made adding new table capabilities expensive because each view had its own table plumbing.

NEXUS — AI-Powered Locad Slack Agent

Problem

Company knowledge had no place to ask. Operational metrics lived in dashboards, process answers in a wiki, business reports in someone's spreadsheet, and issue context in a ticket thread — so a question that should have taken seconds meant leaving Slack, hunting across tools, and waiting on whoever happened to know. Teams lost time on lookup instead of action, and the people closest to the work often found out about problems only after they'd already compounded.

Release Video Generator

Problem

Every release needed a walkthrough so support, ops and customers knew what had changed. Producing one meant reading through the tickets, working out which changes were actually user-visible, scripting a narration, recording the flow and subtitling it — roughly four hours of someone's week, every release. When time was short the video was skipped, and the changes shipped unexplained.

Global Search

Problem

Search was limited to individual pages, making users navigate between workflows just to find Orders, Inbounds, and other operational records. This added friction for support and operations teams handling frequent lookups.
